比較: 美感，直覺性，流暢，預期反應

介面豐富，顏色較多，感覺整個網頁較有活力
不過也相對撩亂了點
housingmaps
相當簡要，只有地圖跟座標可以做變化
但拉大比例尺後，各式各項的建築模型都出來了

直覺性:
yungching
會比較容易找到想要的房子
housingmaps
我想這個地圖搜尋，是要出去玩，能事先規劃及了解的路線吧

流暢:
yungching
速度挺快的!
housingmaps
相較前者差一點!

預期反應:
yungching
雖然廣告較多，但對於台灣人來說實用許多
housingmaps
這個是全球化地圖，使用者方面應該比較多
